If you know when you would like to go, start by searching by in our journey planner. Choose your departure and purchase a ticket. If your plans are changed before the journey, you may cancel your ticket within 24 hours before departure. (More info under Conditions of Purchase)
Baggage on the bus
2 pieces of luggage (maximum 30 kg) are included in your ticket. Your luggage will be placed under the bus. Bring your valuables and what you need for your journey in a small handbag or backpack to your seat. We ask that you remember to mark your luggage with name, address and phone number. In and outside peak times
There will be more people travelling during peak hours and days. If you can, we recommend that you travel early or choose departures outside peak times. These departures generally leave you with lots of space in the bus.
At the start of holidays and weekends there is increased traffic on the road. This may cause extra queus in and around cities, which may cause delays. We always do our best to stay on time, but may still be dalayed on peak days. Please be patient while waiting for the bus, we will arrive as soon as possible.
