Are you curious about what's happening in Trysil when the winter, snow, and skiing season are over, and it's summertime? This is when you can catch Trysilekspressen to the summer's cycling paradise and Norway's largest mountain biking facility: Trysil Bike Arena. With over 50 km of built cycling trails and over 100 km of natural bike paths, Trysil is a paradise for cycling enthusiasts of all ages. Bikes and other equipment needed can be rented there.

Trysilelva is popular for fly-fishing, but it's also perfect for rafting. Family rafting is an option where families with children aged 6 and above can have a fun and safe experience on the water, in the calmer sections of Trysilelva.

There is no shortage of hiking opportunities in Trysil, and you'll find great hikes of all lengths and difficulty levels. How about a hike to the top of Trysilfjellet? Here, you'll find Brannvakthytta, a popular destination for the whole family with a fantastic view.

Heaps of fun for both kids and adults in Trysil

During the summer, there are plenty of fun activities the family can do together in Trysil. If the weather is good, perhaps a swim would be tempting? Trysil has several bathing spots, so don't forget to bring your swimwear.

For the restless, the climbing park Høyt & Lavt in Trysil offers hours of speed and fun, while Trysil Horse Center offers various types of horseback riding tours, regardless of experience.
