Find NOR-WAY tickets in the national travel planner Entur
Finding and buying tickets for NOR-WAY Bussekspress is now even easier. All our express coach routes are now available in the Entur travel planner, allowing you to plan and purchase your journey there.
Airport bus tickets are not yet available for purchase through Entur. These tickets can still be purchased in the NOR-WAY app or at nor-way.no.
Buying tickets through Entur.no or the Entur app
NOR-WAY departures have been available in Entur's journey planner for a long time. Now you can also complete your ticket purchase directly in Entur without switching to another booking platform. This means you can use your existing Entur account to purchase NOR-WAY tickets.
When you purchase a ticket through Entur, you can access it by logging in to the Entur app or on the Entur website. You will also receive a confirmation email containing a PDF ticket and a link to your journey details. This link takes you to your travel information on nor-way.no (please note that this is not a valid ticket). From the journey information page, you can continue to Entur to view your digital ticket.
Service updates and travel notifications
Any minor delays affecting your departure will be published on nor-way.no. You can view these updates by searching for your departure on our journey planner or by following the link in your booking confirmation email. Any travel messages will be displayed within your journey information on nor-way.no.
If your departure is significantly delayed or affected by an unexpected disruption, we will also send an SMS notification to all affected passengers. The message will include a link to your journey information on nor-way.no, where you can find details about the disruption.

Standard ticket without seat or add-on selection
When purchasing your ticket directly at nor-way.no, you have access to more features than when booking through Entur.
On nor-way.no you get the opportunity to:
- choose your seat and seat profile
- purchase additional travel products
- change your ticket if your plans change (subject to the ticket terms and conditions)
