As out buses are only booked half full, we recommend you to book early to secure a seat.
If you know when you would like to go, start by searching by in ourjourney planner. Choose your departure and purchase a ticket. If your plans are changed before the journey, you may cancel your ticket within 24 hours before departure. (More info under Conditions of Purchase)
Your luggage is included
2 pieces of luggage (maximum 30 kg) are included in your ticket. Your luggage will be placed under the bus. Bring your valuables and what you need for your journey in a small handbag to your seat. We ask that you remember to mark your luggage with name, address and phone number. See more luggage info.
In and outside peak times
There will be more people travelling during peak hours and days. If you can, we recommend that you travel early or choose departures outside peak times. These departures generally leave you with lots of space in the bus.
At the start of holidays and weekends there is increased traffic on the road. This may cause extra queus in and around cities, which may cause delays. We always do our best to stay on time, but may still be dalayed on peak days. Please be patient while waiting for the bus, we will arrive as soon as possible.
We make travelling by bus safe
We have a strong focus on protection against the further spread of covid-19. Before and over holidays our focus is no different.
In addition to facilitating distance between our customers, the bus is cleaned often and thouroughly. There is hand sanitiser by both entrances on the bus and we recommend that all use this. For travels to and from Oslo and Bergen we ask that you have a face mask ready for crowded situation in and around the bus, and for travels to and from the bus station.
