The terms apply to tickets purchased on

Barcode / reference number must be provided throughout the trip. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the barcode or reference numbers do not go astray. If other uses of these, the ticket will be invalid for the customer.

The ticket can only be used on the specified stretch date and departure time it is issued. This also applies for the return journey.

Exceptions Flybussekspressen: The ticket has fourteen hour flexibility and is valid as of two hours before, even twelve hours after the departure time on the ticket.

The customer is responsible to make sure ...
- Proper itinerary, departure time and date selected.
- Correct ticket type is selected, and must be able to produce valid identification.
- The correct email address is entered at purchase.

The ticket can not be changed but can be refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the first departure time on the ticket. Roundtrip tickets is considered one ticket and can only be refunded in full.

If you book the wrong ticket we will refund the ticket if you use this form immediately (maximum one hour) after purchase.

In case of refund of tickets, the money is automatically returned to the same credit card used for the purchase. Such chargeback usually takes up to five business days.

Ticket sales on the Internet can in some cases be closed 24 hours before departure time. The customer must therefore make sure to buy the tickets in advance to be sure to get the best deal. When you buy your ticket on the bus, the price will normally be higher than on the internet.

In case of any downtime or other technical issues on the website that means that it is not possible to buy tickets on the ticket must be purchased directly on the bus for ordinary price - if space is available.

When the ticket is bought directly on the bus, the price normally will be somewhat higher than the price quoted online.

We recommend all travelers to buy bus tickets in good time before travel. Then you are ensure that there are available seats on the bus, and we also have the time to correct any technical problems - so that you as a customer still have time to buy a ticket before your journey.

The price difference between the regular price when purchasing directly on the bus and the price quoted online is not refundable when any downtime or other technical issues on the website.

Transfer times
When a journey involves a change of busses, the tranfer time is defined as follows:

  • 60 minutes for change from a NOR-WAY Bus to trains, boats, airplanes* or buses operated by other companies.
  • 30 minutes for change from a NOR-WAY bus to another NOR-WAY bus.

For journeys with a shorter connection time, you are not entitled to a refund in the event of delay or service interruption, even if the journey was booked by using the Travel Planner at

*Please note that when going to an airport, the airlines check-in-times must be added on.
