Tickets purchased online can be refunded up until 24 hours prior to departure. Please use this form to claim a refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot change tickets purchased online. If you want to change time of departure, please contact us to cancel your ticket, and then buy a new one.

Tickets purchased at our ticket office in Oslo bussterminal

Tickets purchased at our ticket office can be refunded within one month after original time of departure. A 10% refund fee will be charged. The ticket is flexible, and is valid for travel for month.
