Tickets purchased online can be refunded up until 24 hours prior to departure. Please contact our customer service.

Unfortunately, we cannot change tickets purchased online. If you want to change time of departure, please contact us to cancel your ticket, and then buy a new one.

Tickets purchased at our ticket office in Oslo bussterminal

Tickets purchased at our ticket office can be refunded within one month after original time of departure. A 10% refund fee will be charged. The ticket is flexible, and is valid for travel for month.
